With over 15 years in the beauty industry, Daniella, founder of Ella on Mane Salon, has built more than just a salon. She has created a space rooted in experience, integrity, and growth. After spending nearly 10 years as an independent renter herself, she experienced firsthand both the rewards and the hardships that can come with this industry. Those experiences shaped her vision and gave her a deep understanding of what stylists truly need in order to thrive, not only financially, but mentally and emotionally as well.

 

Taking both the good and the difficult lessons she learned throughout her career, Daniella opened Ella on Mane Salon in 2020 with the mission of creating a healthy, supportive, high-end environment where stylists feel safe, respected, inspired, and empowered to grow successful careers while genuinely loving where they work. The salon was founded on fairness, positivity, professionalism, and the belief that a salon should feel like home.

 

Opening a business during the uncertainty surrounding a global pandemic was a major leap of faith, but through hard work, perseverance, and unwavering faith in God, Ella on Mane Salon has grown into a thriving luxury salon experience. The success of the salon is not only rooted in talent, but in the heart behind the brand. We have created meaningful relationships, serving others well, and leading with authenticity.
