Our rental agreement is a one year lease with a two weeks notice on both ends if either party is not happy. We are very flexible and don’t want you to feel obligated to stay with us if we are not your fit. The number one priority for our artists is to have a peaceful, non-drama environment to make ourselves and our guests feel safe and comfortable. That is more important to us above all else in this industry. Our space should feel like your second home and we strive to make that possible, rather than just filling space.
